The DDC01.2-N050C-DL20-01-FW is an intelligent drive control system that is used for motion control applications and is integrated with various industrial motors. The device can easily be integrated with the DLC positioning single axis module. The drive controller can help avoid accidents on the floor because of its emergency stop feature. This drive controller is often used for decelerating high speed motors with its DC bus dynamic braking system. As soon as any malfunction or error is detected within the system, the dynamic braking system is automatically activated. Even if there is a problem in the drive circuitry, the dynamic braking feature is able to halt or slow down connected motors. It is also possible to brake connected motors/drives with an E-stop switch. The device can be equipped with DEA 4.1, 5.1, and 6.1 auxiliary plug-in cards that are used to exchange binary signals.

The DDC01.2-N050C-DL20-01-FW is a user friendly device and can be operated without any additional cabling requirements and lengthy wiring. This model can be directly installed at the forward feed units because of its ingress protection standard in IP 65.
