The DDC01.1-K150A-DG04-00 model is designed and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat for the digital intelligent control of Indramat digital AC servo motors. The model provides high operational reliability and energy-efficient operations. The DDC digital servo drive controller is designed to take connection directly from the 3-phase AC 3 × 380 – 460 V power source with ±10/15 % tolerance. The model operates at the rated voltage of 150 A, and the operating frequency of the model is 50 – 60 Hz. The pulse width modulation frequency of the model is 4 kHz. The drive controller undergoes the maximum power loss of 500 W excluding the bleeder power loss. A bleeder resistor is attached to the drive that helps in dissipating the continuous power of 0.25 kW to protect the drive from overloading. The DDC digital servo drive controller is equipped with DLC 1.1 single-axis positioning module which allows it to be operated as a digital single-axis positioning controller. The total weight of the controller is approximately 22 kg excluding the weight of mounting and accessories.

The model DDC01.1-K150A-DG04-00 consists of a basic unit DDC01.1-K150A with 5 plug-in slots (U1 to U5) for installing various plug-in modules. The basic unit consists of a bleeder resistor, DC bus rectifier, and 5 plug-in slots.
