The DDC01.1-K150A-DA07-00/S001 Bosch Rexroth servo drive is a three-phase current drive. This servo drive supports a maintenance-free operation. The bleeder resistor of the product becomes very hot during operation. The air outlet of the device has to be at a minimum distance of 300mm from flammable parts or materials. The optional plug-in modules and motor feedback cable of the unit are connected on its underside. These connections should be done properly to maintain its IP 65 protection category. The drive must be installed vertically. The X3 connector of the device is used for analog inputs and outputs.

The servo drive has a separate rating-plate for its basic unit. The U1 to U4 slots of the unit are used to insert various plug-in cards. The U1 slot is reserved for command interface cards. The controller must be applied with a 3 x 230VAC +10%-15% distribution voltage for inputting parameters. The drive wiring should be checked for breaks, short circuits, and incorrect connections before the product is turned ON. The earthing of the device must always be done in accordance with the manufacturer’s connection recommendations. The housing of the drive controller should be connected to the machine chassis for electrical conductivity.
