Product Description

The DDC01.1-K050A-DL26-01-FW Bosch Rexroth AC servo drive has a series code of 1 and version code of 1. This servo drive does not require any maintenance for its operation. The installation of the product must be done so that airflow is not restricted into and out of the machine. The device must be cleaned regularly if there are chances of dirt accumulation in the heatsink or blower mesh. The machine control interface and the motor power connections of the drive must be done at the X8 and X5 connectors respectively. The motor feedback cable is inserted into the unit through the cable lead present at the bottom of the unit.

The drive controller can be utilized in machines and facilities such as sequential finishing devices and transfer facilities. Its signal and control cables must be routed in separate cable ducts as far as possible. The drive enabled signal of the product is switched by the machine control when the e-stop relay is opened and the K1 mains contactor is switched OFF. The product should not be connected to a VT-100 terminal or a PC carrying current. The load of the device during acceleration can be tested using an oscilloscope. The wiring of the servo drive must be checked for incorrect connections, breaks, and short circuits before it is allowed to function.
