The DDC01.1-K050A-DL02-01-FW is a digital intelligent servo drive from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It is intended for closed-loop control of brushless servomotors in multi-axis automation cells, packaging machines, and handling systems. The unit combines power electronics and control functions in one enclosure so it can regulate motor torque and execute positioning tasks directly at the machine.

The drive supplies up to 50 A of continuous motor current and operates from a 3-phase AC line at 50 to 60 Hz. Its cast housing is rated IP65, which helps protect the electronics from dust and water jets in industrial environments. Heat is removed by natural convection air cooling, so no external fan is required. Three selectable error-reaction modes disconnect the load when monitored limits are exceeded, and a 500 ms torque-release delay allows a mechanical brake to engage before power is removed. Position data are processed with a feedback resolution of 2,097,152 incr/rev, which supports fine contouring at low speeds and accurate motion control over the travel range. Field wiring is connected through a 9-pin D-SUB connector, keeping the interface straightforward for machine integration. The unit uses function code 02, version 01, and hardware version 1.
