The DDC01.1-K050A-DL01-01-FW Bosch Rexroth digital servo drive encompasses a positioning module with a single axis. This module can be programmed using a CTA programming and display unit. The parameters for the setup mode of the servo drive must be input only by personnel with expertise in operating the machine. The H1 display of this product highlights the “bb” code when the setup mode is ON. Its mains contactor can be turned ON if the e-stop sequence is closed and the wiring is done as per the manufacturer’s specifications. The device is intended to be started only after its parameters, as well as the DLC controller parameters, are programmed.

The leakage current of the servo drive is more than 3.5mA. The contact points of the unit are supposed to be touched only about five minutes after it is turned OFF so that the capacitors get discharged fully.
