The DDC01.1-K050A-DG01-00 is a digital AC drive controller equipped with the DLC 1.1 single-axis positioning module. The DDC drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth is made up of; a DC bus rectifier and a bleeder resistor for absorbing energy regenerated during braking. The single-axis positioning module enables the drive controller to function as a standalone single-axis positioning controller. The drive controller is configured with almost 3,000 programming blocks. Each program block defines a single motion sequence or a particular input state that needs monitoring or set up. The DLC 1.1 single-axis module has the following characteristics; user-adopted programming language, an input of up to 3,000 program blocks (position and speed entries, input queries, output settings and markers for control), ability to monitor motion sequence during operation, and the option to pair both mechanical and electrical components of the machine through the drive controller parameters.

The DDC01.1-K050A-DG01-00 is supplied with a configuration type plate that outlines; the configured drive controller, the software module used by the controller, the basic unit, and the plug-in modules in the DDC drive controller slots. In general, the configuration Plate indicates which components should be inserted in which channel of the DDC drive controller. Whenever the drive controller has a failure, the configuration plate data is used in identifying which part of the drive needs replacement or servicing.
