The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-EC-NN-FW is a control section. It is manufactured by Bosch for drive controllers from the IndraDrive series. It is suited to single-axis control applications and supports a wide range of control communication and encoder interfaces. The device supports 11 digital inputs out of which two can be used as touch probes. The number of configurable digital inputs/outputs on the device are five. The CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-EC-NN-FW includes one ±10V analog input and two ±10V /0 to 10 milliamps analog inputs. The number of ±10V analog outputs on the device are two. The number of relay outputs on the device is one. Integrated communication option on the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-EC-NN-FW is Multi-Ethernet. The control section supports an integrated multi-encoder interface module and two optional multi-encoder interface modules. The slot for the safety module contains a safe motion module.

The firmware for the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-EC-NN-FW is modular and has to be ordered separately. The control section mounts on a power section which supplies 24 Volts DC to the control section. The power consumption of the control section is 17 Watts. Dimensions of the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-EC-NN-FW are 241 x 49.5 x 103 millimeters. The control section cools via natural convection. Configuration of the device can only be done from a standard control panel which has a single-line display and has to be connected to the control section before the controller is switched on. The display on the control panel shows warnings, error diagnoses and operating states. The four keys on the control panel can be used for triggering a few simple commands.  Commissioning of the CSB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-S4-EC-NN-FW can be done from a PC running the IndraWorks software program. IndraDrive controllers have to be programmed prior to commissioning. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
