The KL1904 compact terminal by Beckhoff offers superior safety and performance with the KL Analog Input Series. It provides 4 inputs based on 2-wire connection technology for an error-free and efficient input system to cover a broad range of applications. It supports communication via high-speed secure data exchange with an enhancement in system safety through TwinSAFE/Safety over EtherCAT. Its typical response time of 4 ms makes it possible to read and write inputs to the K-bus at high speed, which is often crucial in many safety-related processes.

The KL1904 compact terminal shows its very good safety standards by meeting and even exceeding the ones for DIN EN ISO 13849-1:2008 (Cat. 4, PL e) and for EN 61508:2010 (SIL 3) for a very reliable application.
