The C6015-0020 is an ultra-compact industrial PC manufactured by Beckhoff as part of the C6 Industrial PC Units series. Intended for machine-mounted use, this fanless controller executes PLC logic, motion tasks, and data acquisition directly inside control panels. It allows decentralized processing without a full-size cabinet computer.
The housing depth is only 40 mm, while the footprint measures 82 mm in both width and length, so it can fit on a DIN rail beside standard terminal blocks. A single 24 V supply feeds the electronics, and the required operating level is 24 VDC, which simplifies power distribution with common 24-volt field wiring. The enclosure carries an IP20 rating, indicating finger protection and suitability for clean cabinet environments. Two Gigabit Ethernet interfaces are driven by an Intel i210 controller, giving deterministic network access for EtherCAT or conventional TCP/IP traffic. The unit provides two USB sockets, and each port can deliver up to 500 mA for fieldbus adapters or service sticks. An independent DisplayPort connector supports local HMI panels, and its lane is powered at 3.3 V with an allowed draw of 500 mA from the board regulator.

Peripheral expansion follows the USB 3.0 standard, so high-speed storage or vision cameras can be attached without a PCI slot. Security of boot and storage keys is handled by an integrated fTPM 2.0 element, which stores cryptographic credentials in hardware. For visualization, the graphics engine drives a single 1x DisplayPort output that supports multi-stream audio and video on thin-client panels.
