Featured with a Fanless design and multi-touch display the CP2712-0020 is a Panel PC from BECKHOFF. This PC comes with a powerful configuration to provide the processing power needed control and automation applications in manufacturing, process, power generation, and other industries. The CP2712-0020 is designed to be installed without any special tools in a control panel`s front side. This industrial PC can be acquired with either a 1.4 GHz ULV Intel® Celeron ® processor or an Intel Atom ® processor with up to four cores. In its standard configuration, the CP2712-0020 is supplied with a standard, 24 V power supply unit that is offered with an integrated UPS (uninterrupted power supply) on an optional basis.

The availability of redundant yet independent Ethernet interfaces makes this device an ideal choice for EtherCAT based control systems. In such systems, the CP2712-0020 can be configured to assume the role of a compact central processing unit. A third Ethernet interface can also be acquired separately for this PC if required. This robust yet compact industrial-grade computer comes housed in especially designed aluminum housing and has a glass front.

The motherboard incorporated in the CP2712-0020 has various integrated interface slots and ports including; 2 x USB 3.0 ports, 2 x USB 2.0 ports, and  2 x CFast card slots. This panel PC has a 12-inch multi-touch display which supports a maximum resolution of 800 x 600. The CP2712-0020 offers IP 65 class protection for the front side and IP 20 class protection for its rear side. There are plenty of optional components available for this device and users can acquire this computer with their desired version of the Microsoft Windows operating system.
