The PZ0A100HP56SHO Servo Amplifier is a small size amplifier of 235mm length from Sanyo Denki with high rigidity. The unit supports normal/reverse switchover functionality that helps to change parameters to switch between normal and reverse commands without wire replacement and command polarity. The device also has a limit switch to allow overtravel signals and stop the motor immediately to protect the machine from damage. It comes with the speed control already preset. The Amplifier features a programmable filter that can be adjusted for the silent and smooth operation of the motor by controlling its vibration level on the load side.

The Servo Amplifier offers both high-performance and high-functionality. The unit comes with ABS-R II type hardware. It features 100A current rating and functions at 200VAC. The device implements the servo tuning function that estimates the load inertia levels automatically, as well as allows the user to assign appropriate parameters and make adjustments during test runs. The Amplifier also houses an inbuilt dynamic brake circuit that gets activated when the main power supply shuts down or when there is a blackout. The brake also gets triggered in the case of an alarm irrespective of whether the main circuit power supply is on or off. The unit is widely used in general industrial machines, take-up machines, and transfer machines to mention just a few.

The Amplifier maintains the alarm history of the last seven alarms that can prove to be useful while troubleshooting the unit by monitoring the alarms on a remote operator.
