Product Description

The PY0A0150E01XXYP01 Pulse Train Input Servo Amplifier features multiple functions and can be used with rotary servomotors that have small control panels. The servo amplifier must be operated between a temperature range of 32°F to 131°F. An Insulation resistance test or a Withstand voltage test must not be performed on the Amplifier. The unit comes along with a sensor signal connector and an input/output signal connector. The high-response device makes uses of a wiring-saved incremental ABS-E or ABS-R II sensor and a seven-segment LED display.

The Sanyo Denki Amplifier and the motor it is connected to, get heated to very high temperatures when it is in use. The dynamic brake-supporting Amplifier encompasses a 150A current rating and must be connected to a 200V power supply. It incorporates an inbuilt dividing output function that outputs the encoder signal pulses by dividing them into 2/N (N=3 to 64), 1/N (N=1 to 64), or N/8192 (N=1 to 8191). The division is calculated depending on how the setting is done by the remote operator. The unit offers full-close control through connection with an external incremental encoder process circuit. It has a wire size of 8mm2 or more for the main circuit power input terminal and motor connecting terminal, 2mm2 or more for the earth terminal, and 1.25mm2 or more for the control power input terminals.

In the case of disposal, the three-phase input Servo Amplifier must be disposed of according to the specifications laid down by the authorities for general industrial waste. Before connecting the Amplifier, check to see if all parts are included and that there is no breakage. The U, V, or W terminals of the unit must not be connected to a commercial power supply. The device is compatible with Type 17, Type 18, and Type 19 servomotors. It helps in performing offset adjustment easily using the analog input command auto-offset function when the amplifier operates in the torque control mode or velocity mode.
