The M21NRXA-LDF-NS-00 is a hybrid stepper motor that combines aspects of (PM) permanent magnet motors and (VR) variable reluctance stepper motors. This motor features a permanent magnet within the rotor’s teeth. There are a total of two sets of teeth which are called cups. One of the cups features a ring of south poles while the other features a ring with north poles. The motor features stator poles that are also sometimes called teeth.
Changes in the current of the motor cause the rotor to turn a little which is better than that of VR and PM motors.
