The AKM series features a variety of servo motors that are designed for different power, torque and speed requirements. The AKM33H-ANMN2-00 is a powerful servo motor from this series. It can produce a peak torque of 10.2 Nm at a peak current of 22.5 A. Furthermore, a 2.88 Nm standstill torque can be applied when the motor is in standstill mode. The motor can be operated in a 5 ᵒC to 40 ᵒC temperature range. The AKM33H-ANMN2-00 can also be operated in up to 95% relative humidity conditions. This model can be mounted according to the IM B5 style that conforms to European standards.

The motor’s flange has dimensions according to the IEC standard. The protection class of this model is IP 65 but it can be upgraded to IP 67 by the use of a radial shaft sealing ring that is designed for this model. The motor’s feedback system consists of SERVOSTAR servo amplifiers and an inbuilt resolver. The resolver’s position is recorded at every instant and signals are generated to adjust the motor’s position, speed and torque. The AKM33H-ANMN2-00 is equipped with powerful neodymium iron boron magnets that produce a great amount of flux. Permanent magnets made from neodymium give an excellent performance when high acceleration is required instantly.
