The VT-VSPA 1-508-10-V0-RTP Valve Amplifier has a differential input that can be changed from voltage to current input. The Rexroth Bosch Group VT-VSPA1 series product supports connectivity through a front plate and a 32-pole male multipoint connector. The 10 components series unit has a 24VDC operating voltage. It features adjustable sensitivity and ramp time, as well as a controlled output stage. To do the characteristic curve correctly, the R130 potentiometer rotation must be set to the left and the BR22 switch must be in the ON position.
The amplifier encompasses a DIN type mounting analog Euro-card format. The up and down ramp times of the amplifier can be set to their lowest 30ms value separately using the external ramp up/down off contacts. The H2 LED on the front plate gets illuminated if the output stage does not have any overload. The two analog inputs have 0 to 10V voltage range when they are grounded on one side. The unit has two measuring sockets for the actual value and internal command value. If the differential input of the amplifier is being used, then the two inputs must be always connected or disconnected together.
The Valve Amplifier weighs 0.1kg and must be stored in a temperature range of -25°C to +85°C. When an external command value potentiometer is utilized, the internal potentiometer setting must be such that it reflects the maximum pressure. The ramp time is between 1 to 5 seconds depending on the DIL switch setting. When the command value voltage is connected or disconnected, both the signal lines must be connected with or separated from the input.
