The Bosch Rexroth VT 2000 S is an electrical amplifier. It is designed for control of proportional pressure control vales without electrical position feedback. The storage temperature range is -25 to 85 degrees Celsius. Weight of the unit is approximately 100 grams. The connection on the amplifier is a 32-pin male connector.

Prior to commissioning, operators should ensure that jumpers on the amplifier PCB are set according to the relevant application. The amplifier should only be installed when disconnected from the electrical power supply. Plug-in connections with the free-wheeling diodes or LED lamps must not be used for connecting the solenoids. Only instruments with input resistance exceed 100 kiloohms should be used for making amplifier measurements. Bosch Rexroth recommends use of gold-plated relays for passing on command values. Only shielded command value cables should be used. The signal cables and solenoid cables should not be laid near power cables. Distance between the amplifier and aerial lines, radar lines and radar equipment should be at least 1 meter. Only trained personnel should handle and install the VT 2000 S and associated equipment, accessories, and cables.
