The Bosch VAM90.1-PB-NB-NN-VC-KA-TA-1608-NNNN is a Rexroth Indracontrol VMA series industrial control panel. The VMA product line is part of the Rexroth IndraControl V which is a HMI portfolio for control and operations and is designed for industrial applications. IndraControl V provides all the features for efficient automation. When used with Rexroth system solutions it provides a complete solution for food and packaging machinery, transfer machinery, textile machinery and wood working machinery. The VAM90.1-PB-NB-NN-VC-KA-TA-1608-NNNN includes pushbuttons and keys and is designed for manual machine operation. Panels such as the VAM90.1-PB-NB-NN-VC-KA-TA-1608-NNNN provide an alternative to advanced computer-based operator panels. The VAM90.1-PB-NB-NN-VC-KA-TA-1608-NNNN features an integrated Profibus interface which is used for communicating with control modules.

Cable accessories are available for use with the Profibus interface: these include a cable (IKB0033/000,0) for VAM control panel to control module connection and comes with connector are either end, and a cable (IKB0034/000,0) for connecting VAM control panel to further Profibus users and comes with connector at one end. Both cable types are available in variable lengths. The VAM90.1-PB-NB-NN-VC-KA-TA-1608-NNNN control panel comes with galvanically insulated power supply and supports integrated reverse voltage protection. The VAM90.1-PB-NB-NN-VC-KA-TA-1608-NNNN should only be operated in the permitted 19.2 to 30 Volts input voltage range. Application of input voltage which falls outside this range can lead to damage of the filter choke. I/O on the control panel include 16 inputs / 8 outputs. These are available on the rear of the panel and support 24 Volts DC. The VAM90.1-PB-NB-NN-VC-KA-TA-1608-NNNN also features an emergency stop module and key switch which is only removable in the “0” position, feed override and a keypad. Rear of the VAM90.1-PB-NB-NN-VC-KA-TA-1608-NNNN also includes a 6-pin interface for handwheel connection and a 25-pin interface for a hand-held terminal connection.
