The VAM12.1-PB-NF-AB-TB-NN-EK-1608-D1 is a machine control panel that can be used on standard machine tools. The machine control panel comprises 30 short-stroke keys with green LED illumination. The customized device also has four pushbuttons that are arranged according to the specifications of the customer. The product has a width corresponding to the width of the VSP 16 series of products from the manufacturer. It features a logic supply voltage rating of 24VDC. The machine control panel is designed for single and multiple axes control and drive tasks. The panel must not be used in areas that do not meet the ambient operating conditions. The unit comes with a warranty period of one year.

The machine control panel has a RAL 7035 light gray color for the front foil. The cables of the product must encompass strain relief and the connecting cables must be placed in loops. The device must be inserted into the cut-out from the front and fastened using M4 mounting bolts and screws behind them. It does not have a rear covering plate. The unit has an IP 54 degree of protection for the front panel. The red and yellow Emergency Stop button is designed to meet EN ISO 13850 requirements. There are two keypads with 15 keys each and are separated by plastic separators to prevent accidental key activation by the user.

The front panel features pre-milled cutouts to accommodate display and operating elements of 22.5mm size. The device incorporates a Euchner EKS Electronic-Key adapter or card reader with a USB interface. The USB interface comprises LA1/LA2 and LB1/LB2 screw terminal outputs. The product has a maximum logic current supply rating of 0.5A. The protective earth conductor connections of the unit should not be affected by chemical, mechanical or electrochemical influences.
