The TVM 1.2-050-220-300-W0 supply module is designed and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to supply power to the Indramat drives that run controllers and servo motors. It is in TVM series 1 and configuration 2 with a continuous current standing at 50 Amps. Its three-phase input AC voltage is 220 V, 50 Hz to 60 Hz. The control electronics single phase input voltage is factory assigned but the normal DC bus voltage is 300 Volts. The TVM 1.2-050-220-300-W0 supply module cooling method is natural convection.
During the operation of the module, you will be signaled of faults and warnings through LEDs. Details of the display include the definition of error/warning, its possible cause and if necessary, recovery procedures. After clearing the fault, you should cancel the error message, reset your supply module and restart your operations. It is possible to get a wrong diagnosis on the display. To avoid this, you should first check the control voltage at terminal X10. Once you eliminate error on the control voltage, you can proceed to check the diagnosis display.
