TVD 1.2-15-03 is a power supply module manufactured and supplied by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. As the part number denotes, the module can be connected to a continuous direct current supply of 15Kw. This Series 1 Design 2 TVD Series power supply module gives an output of 300 Volts. They are connected to the AC Drives of multiple series from Indramat.

Users will have to study the schematic diagram given in the manual to understand the diagnostic display lights in the front side of the TVD 1.2-15-03 power supply module. There are four sets of Red and Green lights vertically placed and each has a function to do. While in operation, if there are situations of overcurrent or if the temperature or voltage exceeds the limits set, the Red LED light will glow. You will then be alerted of the anomaly and it can be taken care of.

The manual has a complete breakdown of the information on these diagnostic display lights. Bosch Rexroth advises that you could keep a spare module ready for such problematic situations. Buyers will have to note that an appropriate braking resistor has to be in place since these power supply modules are not power-regenerative by design. This TVD 1.2-15-03 power supply will come fitted with the NAM 1.2-15 Filter module as well. The sizing of these filters is done at the factory.
