The Indramat TDM 1.2-030-W1 can be used with additional drives and modules such as bleeders, capacitors, TBM, TCM or CZ series units. The power supply connected to the Indramat TDM 1.2-030-W1 generates a DC link circuit voltage from an AC input voltage. This allows the Indramat TDM 1.2-030-W1 servo drive module to be controlled depending on the amplitude, phase, and frequency. This power is then applied to the MAC servo motor to control rotor position, as well as the desired speed.

The relationship between the controlled operating states of the servo drive and the controlled three-phase system is established according to certain criteria. Torque: the current amplitude of the 3-phase system in the Indramat TDM 1.2-030-W1 servo drive’s stator determines the subsequent torque through the permanent magnet-excited rotor field.
