Product Description

Bosch Rexroth Group produces the SF-A5.0250.030-14.050 servo motor. It presents the user with numerous advantages such as position control in three-phase modules, automatic commissioning via electronic rating plates, and direct power supply connection. The servo motor comes in a modular structure which is comprised of a power supply and axis modules. There are also numerous functions as well as different interfaces. To develop a system that can meet some of the highest demands in positioning and synchronizing accuracy, Rexroth made this servo motor for specific use in conjunction with a synchronous motor/drive system.

The output stages used for motor are available in three different mechanics. All stages depend on end-user current output requirements. The structures are compact mechanics without backplane module, with backplane module, and with water cooling. When used without backplane module, the output stage can handle maximum current of up to 35A. The modular width should be 50mm and a the height should be 430mm. The DC link should be connected through busbars and the supply module should have an integrated start-up circuit and an external or internal ballast switch. With SF-A5.0250.030-14.050, you can choose various functionalities regardless of the mechanical structure.

Varying functionalities which can be used with this motor include SERCOS interface, analog interface, and motion control, among others. The analog interface functionality features a fully digital speed, current, and position control through the VeCon chip. The analog setpoints have a nominal resolution of 12 bits as well as a maximum resolution of 16 bits. To program SF-A5.0250.030-14.050 when in this functionality, you’ll need the DSS-D commissioning and service system.
