The Bosch Rexroth PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-P1-P2-FW is a stand-alone multi-axis motion and logic control system which has Reco 02 form factor which Bosch also uses for PLCs and I/O modules. The system can control up to 40 Rexroth digital drives such as EcoDrive 03 and Diax 04 drives. The system is programmed from a PC running the VisualMotion Toolkit software. Firmware which is compatible with the PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-P1-P2-FW is GPP10 and its needs to be ordered separately. This firmware supports both multi-axis coordinated and non-coordinated motion control. The PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-P1-P2-FW comes with onboard Ethernet support and supports ARCNET. Also available on the system is a 4-digit alphanumeric display, Serco interface which supports 2 / 4/ 8 / 16 Mbaud and two serial interface ports which support baud rates ranging from 9600 to 115200 baud.

Memory expansion module is not available on the PPC-R22.1N-T-Q1-P1-P2-FW. The system comes with two Fieldbus interface cards which are PROFIBUS-DP Master module and PROFIBUS-DP slave module.
