Product Description

Bosch Rexroth’s motion control systems are considered the best in the market. The company’s products are preferred in the industry because of superior performance.

The PPC-P01.1A-N-A3-A3-A3-FW is a multi-axis logic and motion control system that is PC-based. The standalone control features the GMP 10 firmware that makes it a comprehensive platform for motion and logic control. The control system supports multiple digital drives including the Diax 04, EcoDrive 03, and IndraDrive. The system is equipped with the Sercos interface for communication between the control and digital servo drives. The device can be directly plugged in into the PC’s PCI slot. When the card is plugged into the system, the process of memory allocation to the host PC is automatic. The device has a 32-bit PC bus connection and supports Link Ring and PLS interfaces. A 7-segment 1-digit display is provided with the device. For storing information, a 32 Mb compact flash memory card is also provided with the system.

The PPC-P01.1A-N-A3-A3-A3-FW comes with a Sercos interface for up to 40 drives. An optional encoder interface card can also be used with the system. The device has its own diagnostics display screen that has a 4-digit alphanumeric matrix display. The screen displays messages related to PLC diagnostics and motion. The system uses the PFM01.1 compact flash memory card and the onboard NVRam non-volatile memory chip for storing the required data needed for operating the control. The memory card stores the VisualMotion user programs, PLS parameter lists, program variables, and I/O configuration. The system’s firmware is also stored in the memory card. The device can be operated in areas that relative humidity levels between 5% and 78%. The system can be used in areas with a maximum temperature of 45 ᵒC.
