Rexroth IndramatPPCcontrollers portray state-of-the-art designs, developments, and manufacturing. These controllers are always tested properly before they are delivered to the customers or users to ensure operational reliability as well as safety. The customers or users of the PPC controllers are warned not to use them for the purposes which they are meant for or even in an inappropriate manner. The module carriers should be the first thing to be installed. After their installation, the installation of the PPC controllers can follow. RECO02modules are fitted on the module carriers. The highest number of module carriers which can possibly be installed on either of the DIN rail sides is four.
The PPC-P controls are among the PPCcontrollers. The PPC-P controls' PC boards are mounted on the front faceplates' right side when viewed from the inside of the PCs. This is referred to as standardPCImounting. There are also optional interface cards such as fieldbus cards which have their small boards mounted on the left side of the front faceplate. The allocations of the PCboards should not collide with the plug-in cards which are placed beside the PPC-P controls. When the installation of the ISA as well as PCI cards in the PCs is improper, it can lead to unwanted contact between boards.
The FWA-PPCP11-GM*-11VRS-D0-P1XXXX is the firmware module used for certain PPC controllers manufactured by Rexroth Indramat. PPC controllers have a lithium battery whose voltage capacity is 3.5 volts. This battery can be replaced each year. The recommended operating air pressure of this controller is 86 kPa at its minimum and 106 kPa at its maximum. The air pressure required during this controller's storage or transportation should range from 70 to 106 kPa.
