The module interfaces directly with the MAC servo motors especially those that are not cooled using a fan.

The Bosch Indramat KDS 1.3-100-300-W1/S104 is servo drive module in the Indramat KDS series. It is designed to be used for controlling MAC servo motors. When fitted with Indramat’s KDS modules, MAC motors are suited for use in printing presses, robotics, transfer facilities, machine tools, packaging machinery, and handling equipment. The KDS 1.3-100-300-W1/S104 belongs to the KDS series 1 model 3 and uses cold-running technology. The module supports built-on external heat exchanger which ensures that no heat loss occurs in the control cabinet.

The KDS 1.3-100-300-W1/S104 when used with the plug-in MOD programming module, allows the drive to be put into operation without the need for adjustments and optimization lowering the set-up time of the drive system. The drive system employs a modular design enabling the KDS 1.3-100-300-W1/S104 and other components to be replaced and or repaired in the field lowering cost and reducing downtimes. The Indramat servo drive module has a link circuit voltage rating of 300 Volts DC. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
