The KDA 3.3-100-3-LYI-W1 spindle drive motor by Bosch Rexroth is among the KDA spindle drive motors of series 3 and also design 3. The allowable DC Bus voltage for optimum performance is 300 V while the recommended rated current stands at 100 Amps. This motor features the SERCOS speed command value interface and an auxiliary interface called serial interface RS 232 C. In considering the auxiliary encoder input, the KDA 3.3-100-3-LYI-W1 unit has synchronous inputs as well as auxiliary due to the speed command value =A and also the AS 35.  This spindle drive has a cooling system – forced cooled through a heat sink blower. This heat sink blower’s AC supply source stands at 115 VAC.

You can operate this unit within an ambient temperature range of +50C to +450C. The maximum temperature that is permissible is 550C. During installation, the maximum height is 1000 meters above the sea level without reducing the rated data.
