Product Description

The HLR01.1N-02K0-N15R0-A-007-NNNU model provides the nominal braking resistance of 15 Ohm by dissipating the continuous power of 2 kW and peak power of 40 kW with a minimum allowed cycle time of 120 s. The brake resistor absorbs the regenerated power of 137 kWs with the maximum allowed on-time duty of 3.4 s. The brake resistor can be mounted above the converter with the 200 mm minimum distance at the bottom of the brake resistor. The device requires a minimum distance of 1000 mm at the top of the device and 200 mm in horizontal spacing. The model can be connected through a 12 AWG wire with a temperature range of 90 ͦC. The model faces the rise in temperature of 40 K while dissipating the continuous power. The ambient temperature range in which the device can operate normally is 0 to +40 ͦC.

The model HLR01.1N-02K0-N15R0-A-007-NNNU is protected with IP 20 protection class which provides resistance against basic touch and basic dust particles but it will not provide any resistance against liquids. The net weight of the device is approximately 6.2 kg with an easy 4-screw mounting option. The model is widely used with different frequency converter for dissipating excess voltage.
