The HDS04.2-W200N-HT79-02-FW is a drive controller that has been manufactured for advanced positioning and speed control applications. This model is considered a highly suitable platform for assembly line automation because of its ability to control speed and position in real-time. It offers a fast and reliable method for communication and uses the internationally standardized Sercos interface. With the provision of the RS485 interface, this drive controller can transfer data as far as 500 meters away. The transmission rates are also very impressive (9600/19200 baud). Multiple DKCs can be commissioned with the DriveTop start-up program when this device is used. It is also possible to parameterize a single drive with the DriveTop start-up program when the RS232 interface is utilized. This model has the ability to brake high speed motors and absorb the heat energy generated from the decorating motors because of the HZB brake resistor.
