The Rexroth HDS04.2-W200N-HS47-01-FW is an Indramat HDS series drive controller. It is installed inside a DIAX 04 chassis and powered by either a HVS or HVE power supply unit installed in the same chassis. The controller is designed for control of Indramat motors which belong to MKD, MHD and 2AD product lines. The HDS04.2-W200N-HS47-01-FW has a modular structure with slots which can be used for installation of plug in modules. Two slots are fixed: slot U1 for command communication module which in the case of the HDS04.2-W200N-HS47-01-FW is SERCOS, and slot U5 which is allocated to the software module. Firmware for the controller is loaded on the software module and needs to be ordered as a separate subposition.
