The HDS03.2-W100N-HT71-01-FW HDS Drive Controller, 2nd Generation is engineered by Rexroth Indramat. This modular design controller belongs to the Digital intelligent drive DIAX04 family. It can be powered up by both the HVE or HVR Supply Units which provide signal and power voltages required for the operation. All connections and terminals are set between 5 to 50 volts for protection against electrical shock. This HDS drive controller can control and monitor the electrical motors and their operation. Control and monitoring of the motors may require additional sensors and actuators. Depending on your requirement, it can be used in multiple commercial machinery like automated industrial processing and packaging machines, robotic, handling machines, textile and printing machines etc.

This Servo Drive contains different modules that enable a combination of AC drives resulting into a compact drive package.  The foremost part is the basic unit which accommodates all other modules including a command and communication module, an additional plug-in module consisting of digital I/O cards or interface cards for different measuring systems, and the HSM software module which contains the firmware of the drive and stores all drive parameters. It is also fitted with a configuration type plate that describes the configuration of this modular drive.

The HDS03.2-W100N-HT71-01-FW has a rated current of 100A. The SERCOS Communication Interface Type DSS02.1M provides high-speed serial communication of standardized closed-loop data in real-time. This 3 lines with product version 2 Controller has a rated power of 1.5 Watt. To prevent the internal circuitry from overheating, it features a built-in blower.
