The HDS01.1-W015-D is the first-generation modular-concept based AC motor driver for a wide range of applications active in automation industry. The HDS01.1-W015-D belongs to the ADS series of drive controllers manufactured by Bosch Rexroth with flexible and resilient design. This drive controller can be set up with multiple modules to meet your specific configuration and custom requirements. The pluggable modules enables a combination of AC drives that create a standard and compact package. It can be powered with both the HVE and HVR supply modules which provide signal and power voltages required for the controller. The drive is best to use in combination with Rexroth, MKD, MHD, 1MB and 2AD industrial electrical motors. This first generation drive controller designed by the Bosch Rexroth is compatible with both single and multiple-axis control applications. The drive is perfect for various applications like robotics, handling machines, machine tools, Textile, printing and packaging machines.

The HDS01.1-W015-D drive controller supports rated current up to 15 amperes. The drive controller implements air cooling mechanism with built-blower system. The power losses are dissipated either via the metal structure of the cabinet itself or by means of a built-in cooling system. This configured drive controller is composed of the basic unit of drive controller, command communications module, software module, plugin modules, and configuration type plate. The configuration plate identifies the specified modules, the drive controller is equipped with. For Command and Communication, the drive controller is designed with industrial standard SERCOSE interface. The Permissible operating temperature rated range is +5 to +45 °C. Insulation classification is C as per DIN VDE 0110 and the protection class is IP 10 per DIN 40 050. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
