Product Description

The HDS01.1-K100-D has three types of plates; the control unit plate located on top of the unit, the firmware type plate, and the complete configuration type plate found on the inserted card, next to the plug-in modules. The firmware type plate is also located on the inserted card, next to the plug-in modules, and offers useful information about the operating software installed in the drive controller. The drive controller made by Bosch Rexroth uses a SERCOS interface connected via fiber optic cables. The cable connectors or fiber optic cables are purchased separately. To limit the interference of signal and power connections in the control cabinet, ensure that; the power cables are shielded, and a suppression filter is installed on the mains supply line. If high-frequency pieces of equipment are used, carry out the cable connections outside the drive control cabinet.

The drive controller is mounted by; hanging the controller onto the mounting rails, sliding the drive controller to interlock with the adjacent unit, and then tightening clamping screws. The HDS01.1-K100-D is installed at an elevation of 1000m above sea level and operated at an ambient temperature ranging from 0-45 degrees Celsius as per EN 60 204. The drive controller consists of; a basic unit, a software module, plug-in modules, and a configuration type plate. The servo drive is used in packaging and food processing machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.

The HDS01.1-K100-D has a fixed configuration and can activate two servo motors through an additional plug-in connection. The plug-in connection is also used as an incremental measuring system with 1-Vpp sinusoidal output at the motor axis. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
