The drive controller series of HDD02.2-W040N-HD32-01-FWA isdesigned and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is equipped with technology to operate two motors efficiently. Besides having a fixed configuration, this series also has an additional connection to accommodate an incremental measuring system and a SERCOS interface guide. Since the model belongs to line 2 and version 2 of the HDD series, therefore, in order to maintain the temperature of the motor and extend the working hours of the drive controller, a pre-installed cooling system is there that comes with built-in blower.
The function ID code and the version are both determined by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. The maximum rated current is 40A within the drive and it belongs to the controller family of DIAX04. Firmware is another part of the HDD02.2-W040N-HD32-01-FWA which must be ordered separately according to the requirements and the functions that are required to be fulfilled. Since the communication control is SERCOS interface, optical fibres facilitate the operation of SERCOS interface compatible controls and the digital drives. The optical fibres and the receiver circuits are designed complying with the interface specification. The transmitter circuit is operated in 2 stages, where it corresponds to both higher and lower transmitter power aligns it with the interface specification.
