The HDC01.1-A200N-IB01-01-FW is a smart drive control system that can support various drive control tasks in different operating conditions. The drive controller is frequently used to implement a variety of automation tasks. This platform has been designed for use globally and supports operations in multiple languages including German, Spanish, English, Italian, etc. The drive controller has adjustable drive-internal position resolution features that significantly improve the position control capabilities. There are various drive features supported by this model including (but not limited to) velocity limit, current limit, and travel range limit. The system is provided with position limit switches and travel range limit switches for controlling the travel range limit. The device also has a drive error reaction function which allows disabling torque and resetting velocity command values.

The HDC01.1-A200N-IB01-01-FW’s position control loop setting function allows users to set the control loop automatically and includes other functions like velocity feedforward, acceleration feedforward, and basic load settings. The drive controller can communicate with the connected drive through parameterization. Users can parameterize controller settings and set the system configuration. It is also possible to parameterize the transmission of actual and command values. The drive controller is also equipped with optional features. These include DISC functions, the 'get mark position' command, and the parking axis command. Operators can utilize multiple operating modes when using this system. These modes include positioning block mode, jogging mode, drive internal interpolation, position control mode, and velocity control mode. The system can function in aggressive external environments because of the IP 65 standard ingress protection protocols.
