The Rexroth IndraDrive is drive controller scalable in power and outstanding in performance. It comes in different models and here our focus is on HCS03.1E-W0150-A-05-LNBV. It is an Indramat C 400mm design. It is highly protected from external manipulation through a series of passwords. Through the password, you protect the parameter values from accidental or unauthorized changes. You know how important this is for optimum performance.

The technical parameters are of high significance. This IndraDrive uses a 24V control voltage supply but this value changes depending on whether the motor holding brake is supplied or not.  You should maintain the voltage value at 24V +/- 20% if no motor holding brake supplied. If motor holding brakes will be availed, and the motor cable length is more than 50 meters, then maintain a voltage of 24V +/- 5%. However, if the motor holding brake is there and the motor cable is less than 50m, then the voltage will be 26V +/-5%. Something else, the maximum overvoltage allowed for HCS03.1E-W0150-A-05-LNBV is 33V (max 1m/s) and the power consumption of the power sections is 25W.
