HCS02.1E-W0070-A-03-NNNN is a drive controller which is available with impressive safety measures. All products which belong to the HCS02 drives are known for their state-of the art safety measurements. Full protection of the operators is assured, and this is without the use of additional sensors. These are generally used with the help of a basic open loop or specific closed loop function. There are specific open interfaces which helps users with international usage.

These specific drive controllers are the newest addition to the generation of the Rexroth servo drives. These drive controllers work with several applications. The product has a modular design, is robust in structure, promises high-performance and is completely reliable. Just as in case of all other drive controllers, this drive too is not made to be repaired on a machine.

The drive controller has two very important parts which have different functions. There is a control section and power section. There is a power section, which incorporates well in the control section. There are several connections which are available for the users. There is a motor connection which is available with some optional motor holding brake. There is also a motor temperature control. Users will also find a main voltage connection which is available for the HCS devices and the supply modules.

There is a PROFIBUS Interface which is available with many features. There is a cyclic data exchange of command and actual value. There is a parameter channel which is suitable for parameterization and for diagnosing through a field bus. There exists a safe process data channel.
