Product Description

HCS02.1E-W0070-A-03-LNNN is a drive controller, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The product is suitable for different applications and can be easily installed and used as per requirements. Drive controllers are generally based on a modular design concept which helps in combining the AC servo and the main drive. With this unique combination, there is a compact drive package which makes use of just one supply unit. The basic unit is usually adapted to many different functions, which is using different modules.

There is a configured drive controller which is made using firmware and hardware. The firmware has the role of fixing the different problems of the drive controller. The drive controller is available with two distinct components. These are the control section and the power section. The power section has a major role, as it includes the control section. There are a number of connections available. The mains voltage connection is available which is at the supply modules and the HCS devices. There is a motor connection which is available with an additional motor holding brake and also a motor temperature motor.

The controller is divided into various areas or zones, each of which have different functions. There are different areas which can be distinguished according to the functions which they can perform. It includes the interference-free area which includes some important parts such as main switch, the supply feeder, input terminals and other parts. There is also a motor cable available which includes single strands.

It needs to be noted that the control section is totally separate, which gets plugged in power section. The drive controller is supplied with a configured control section.
