The Rexroth Indra Drive C has developed its newest generation of drive controllers such as HCS02 Drives which are made by combining the inverter with a power source of integrated mechanism to make a compact inverter that can replace the multiple inverters.  The specialty in this new generation of Rexroth IndraDrive C controllers is the safety measures that are capable of protecting the users and operators using additional sensors. The research work of Rexroth and manufacturing of this generation ensures the operating safety and reliability of the design motors and drive controls before using them. However, Rexroth suggests the appropriate uses of its products that they should be used in such a manner that may not lead to an accident in the industry. These design motors are functioned to work as the main spindle operation with the advanced basic open or closed loop functions. Apart from the 12A design models, the drive model with a range between 4.5-6 Amperes is also available with the potential voltage from 500-530V and a temperature handling ability up to 40 Degrees Celsius.

The HCS02.1E-W0012-A-03-NNNN of Rexroth consists of two main components; the power and the control section. The power section of this specific model code is 24V control voltage to the motor connected with a DC bus connection. The control section of this code is plugged into the power section that has a drive controller with the control section.
