The FECG01.1-11K0-3P660-A-RN-NNNN-01V01 is a new generational industrial frequency converter designed by highly trained operators of Rexroth Indramat to carry out multi-speed control, mechanical resonance constraint, logic control, and the automatic adjustment of PWM frequency in the industrial servo system. This converter does not contain asbestos or silicon; it, however, contains a high metal content that makes it easy for it to be recycled after its usefulness as a frequency converter has been exhausted. This frequency converter is 392 millimeters long, 218 millimeters wide, and about 180 millimeters thick; the converter also has a total weight of 10.7 kilograms.

The FECG01.1-11K0-3P660-A-RN-NNNN-01V01 regulates its internal temperature via forced ventilation; it contains a heatsink and air bower, which facilitates this temperature regulation system. The rated input voltage of this converter is about 660 volts; this voltage enters the converter through a three-phase electrical connector. The converter also contains an internal brake chopper, which helps protect the converter's housing from the excess current generated by electrical motors during deceleration. The exchange of digital information between this converter and all other parts of the servo system is controlled by the Modbus master communication system.

The FECG01.1-11K0-3P660-A-RN-NNNN-01V01 frequency converter operates optimally at an ambient temperature that falls between 0 to 45 degrees Celsius; operating the converter above this temperature range can cause overheating, which will lead to a significant reduction in the efficiency of the converter. The housing of this converter is inscribed with special signs and symbols, which provides the operator with information about specific parts of the converter that requires special attention during the operation of the converter.
