Product Description

The DKS01.1-W050A-DS01-01 is made by the Bosch Rexroth company. The product is a Digital Servo Drive designed with an integrated power system. It regulates and controls the servo motor’s movements based on the command signals it receives from the control system. Unlike all other types of digital servo drives, the DKS01.1-W050A-DS01-01 drive can be customized to function in specific industrial fields of application. The  DKS01.1-W050A-DS01-01 servo drive can be customized by inserting special customization cards into the slots U1 to U5 present of the drive’s housing. A fully configured servo drive should contain a basic servo drive unit, a configuration label, a command interface card, an auxiliary plugged-in Module, and a software module.

The DKS01.1-W050A-DS01-01 servo drive uses a three-phase electrical connector to connect to the mains electricity. The drive can draw about 3 × 240 volts from the mains electricity through the three-phase electrical connector. Though the drive often uses a continuous current of about 25Amperes, it can also work with a rated current and maximum current of 50 Amperes. The drive works with a power frequency of about 50-60 Hertz and a PMW frequency of 4 kilohertz. At maximum loading, the servo drive has a power requirement of 9.5kilovolt-Ampere. The servo drive contains a bleeder resistor that uses a continuous regenerated power and a peak regenerated power of 0.35 and 9.4 kilowatts. The bleeder helps to prevent unwanted power discharge from the drive.

The DKS01.1-W050A-DS01-01 drive is produced following the C per DIN 570 110 insulation class and the IP 10 per DIN 40 050 protection class. The servo drive should be installed and operated according to the drive’s documentation instructions to prevent industrial accidents.
