Product Description

The DKR03.1-W200Z-BE12-01-FW controller must be installed only in the orientation specified by the manufacturer Bosch Rexroth. Its configured drive comprises a basic unit, auxiliary plug-in module(s), command interface card(s) and a software module. The product uses a SERCOS interface for command communication. The housing, resistor and/or heatsink of the drive controller tend to become very hot during use and can cause burns if touched.

The drive controller may cause injury to personnel if it is inappropriately installed or handled. The brake resistor of the controller has a peak power of 40kW and a continuous power of 1kW. The product must be stored and transported between -30°C and 80°C. The unit may get damaged if it is overloaded. This device offers limited shock resistance. It has a minimum airflow of 300m3/h. The external and internal dissipation of energy is dependent on load. There should be a minimum distance of 100mm between control and power or signal cables.

This product must be connected to the motor using a cable of a maximum of 75m length. The cable must be shielded if the device is used in residential or light industrial areas.
