The Driver Module DKR03.1-W200N-BE37-01-FW is a digital electrical controller used for real-time controlling and monitoring the various functions of the electrical motors specifically used in Industrial machines like CNC machines, Printing machines and more. This Driver Module takes input data from various installed sensors, process this information accordingly, check out its critical limit and control the electrical motor functions as needed. The motor function includes speed control, torque control, direction control, horse power and any other function for which preset parameters are enlisted in program. 

These Digital Control Module can be used for a range of electrical motor’s variety of the Rexroth Indramat motors and also other than Rexroth Indramat motors that meets the specification criteria of these controller modules. The standard configured Driver module offered by Rexroth Indramat include basic unit, software module and auxiliary- analogue Module. The Module offers standard RS232 and RS485 communication protocol Modules for remote monitoring and commissioning. Its offers SERCOSE software as standard interface for commissioning, diagnosis, and machine parameterizing. The Driver Module DKR03.1-W200N-BE37-01-FW first checks all monitoring signals and switch ON system if all parameters are well-safe for operation, in other case the system is kept OFF and safe. The Module support for appropriate cooling mechanism via Air- blower cooling and heat sinks. 

The drive controller is designed for grounded 3-phase AC input power of 400V~480V. If the mains input voltage is not compatible with the permissible rated power voltage, then an autotransformer can be used to match the required voltage. The main contact of the drive module is only closed and let the system turn ON if all the equipment functions are signaling that they are in proper working order, the safety is thus ensured.
