The Drive Controller DKR03.1-W200N-BE14-02-FW is a digital intelligent controller for industrial electrical motors. These Intelligent driver modules designed by Rexroth Indramat, servers as control drivers for electrical motor’s functions, feedback monitoring, peripheral sensors data acquisition, Recording error messages and electrical motor’s parameters settings.      DKR03.1-W200N-BE14-02-FW drive controller provides high level of control and regulation for electrical motors over a wide range of speed and constant power rating capability. These Drivers are specifically designed for Rexroth Indramat A.C main spindle motors, Frameless spindle motors and Linear motors. In application perspective these Drivers are best appropriate to be used with printing Machines and NC-controlled type machines.

 DKR03.1-W200N-BE14-02-FW model is designed with 200VA rated Control voltage power capability, built in Air cooling mechanism and a standard version without Bleeder. This module inhabits SERCOSE interface as standard command and communication protocol for programming, diagnosis and machine parameter settings. However with this specific model the firmware must be separately ordered and is not provided with standard package. Various pluggable modules can be used with DKR03.1-W200N-BE14-02-FW and can be adapted to any specific application as per customer demand. Rexroth Indramat delivers a complete configured unit. A configured driver controller consists of a Basic Unit, Software Module/Command interface Card and Auxiliary Plug-in Modules (as per customer need).

DKR03.1-W200N-BE14-02-FW drive controller is designed for grounded three phase AC mains input 400V~480V, 50-60Hz, ±10%. It is built with an integrated contractor and an emergency stop switch to Shutdown system completely in case of any emergency. A separate autotransformer to be used with drive controller if ungrounded or inappropriate input supply is used. This intelligent driver implements integrated Brake resistors that absorbs energy released in case of main power failure. The Continuous current of the Drive Controller is 92Amp and 78Amp at 4KHz and 8KHz respectively, whereas the Peak current of the driver is 141Amp Max. Total heat dissipation of the Drive Controller without Air channel or coolant is 1200W and is minimized to 800W if Air channel or coolant mechanism for heat compensations is used.

DKR03.1-W200N-BE14-02-FW uses Build-in Blower mechanism for cooling. The Permissible temperature range for Drive controller operating at absolute rated data is +5 °C to +55 °C, with approximate weight of 49Kg and storage temperature of  is -30 °C to +80 °C This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
