The DKR03.1-W200N-BA36-01-FW model made by Rexroth Indramat is designed to control electrical motors and monitor their operations. The drive controllers are mainly used for printing machines and numeric control machine tools due to their ability of high power delivery. The drive controller is designed for direct main connection to ground AC main with 3 × 400 ~ 480V with ±10% of augmentation and 50/60 Hz of operating frequency. The drive controller is protected against solid particles having a diameter greater than 12.5 mm but it will not provide any protection against liquids due to its IP 20 protection category. The model consists of a basic unit and 5 slots U1 to U5 for installing software and different interfaces. The basic unit of the model is DKR03.1-W200N-B and the ESM02.3 software module is installed in the U5 slot. The firmware of the DKR model must be ordered separately.

The model DKR03.1-W200N-BA36-01-FW produces the continuous regenerated power of 30 kW and the drive delivers the continuous power of 35kW and 30 kW for the 4 kHz and 8 kHz model at the continuous current of 92 A and 78 A. The heat dissipation of the drive during continuous power delivery is 1200 W including 800 W of heat dissipation in the air channel by using a blower for cooling purposes. The function numeric code of the model is 36 and the version function numeric code is 01. The model uses auxiliary plug-in module features like a digital servo and resolver for motor feedback and an analog interface for command communication.
