The  DKR02.1-W300N-BA32-01-FW drive control system has been designed for superior performance and high operational reliability. This model provides a broad speed range operation with constant output and a high level of control over the connected motors. The device has the capability to control motors that have a power output starting from 10 kW to 93 kW. The drive controller is especially effective when used with numerically controlled machines and printing machines. This model has the ability to operate for long operational hours without overheating. An inbuilt heat sink ensures that heat can travel from the high temperature zones in the enclosure towards the low temperature heat sink. The basic unit of this model is provided with slots (from U1 to U5) that help to expand the device through additional plug-in cards.

The DKR02.1-W300N-BA32-01-FW can also be linked with command interface cards. The available cards include the analog interface, Interbus interface card, Profibus interface, and the Sercos interface. The system can be integrated with the incremental measuring encoder, Indramat toothed wheeled encoders, and single encoder measuring systems plug-in cards. This model uses the ESM02.3 firmware that is stored in the software module along with the drive parameters. It is possible to transfer all the drive parameters from an existing unit to another DKR unit if an existing unit has to be replaced. A braking resistor is also installed in this system that enables the drive controller to regulate the speed of the connected motors.
