Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth DKR02.1-F300N-BE06-01-FW drive controller comes with a 4.8g shock resistance for 10ms. The firmware for this product must be procured as a separate sub-item. The device incorporates a minimum airflow of 300m3/h during operation. It may get damaged due to polluted air circulation outside the control cabinet. The unit should incorporate appropriate air filters in its air inlet so that the inlet does not become dirty and overheat the controller. There must be a minimum clearance distance of 10mm between the product and the control cabinet in which it is installed. The M2-RAC 2.2 accessories kit includes the flanges, gaskets, screws, and other components required for the mounting.

The controller may malfunction or fail to operate if its leads are installed improperly. The leads of the device should be arranged such that there is at least a 100mm distance between the signal or control cables and power cables. The motor cable used to connect the unit has a maximum length of 75m. This cable must be routed separately when the unit is used in residential or light industrial areas to suppress the interference. The drive should always be connected with the grounded connector of the related motor. The DKR02.1-F300N-BE06-01-FW controller comes with warranty backing for one year.

This product can be mounted at a maximum elevation of 1,000m above sea level without a deration of nominal data. The device is equipped with an X2 connector on its front panel to connect a PC or a VT-100 terminal through an RS-232 interface. Its front panel also features an H1 LED status display and an S1 reset button. The power supply lead of the drive should not be mounted with a FI current limiting circuit breaker.
