Product Description
Featuring a slim, portable, and elegant design, the DKC21.3-200-7-FW is a powerful and durable servo drive controller. It belongs to a series of DKC-type drive controllers that are integrated into the ECODRIVE series of digital drive units. The DKC21.3-200-7-FW is a Rexroth Indramat product, and this implies all the typical expectations of guaranteed satisfaction with its performance. Depending on the industrial application required, DKC drives are usually customized by their type-codes. The DKC21.3-200-7-FW, however, is a versatile drive.
This drive controller is a 3rd version, series 21 DKC drive. The series 21 DKC servo drives come with an analog interface, a parallel-2 interface and RS485 or RS232 connectors for computer interfacing, programming and diagnoses. This servo-drive has a type-current capacity of 200A, which is also the rated peak current. This qualifies it for use with motors that require high current to achieve their peak torque/speed. For optimal performance, this servo drive is expected to be operated within tolerable ambient conditions, such as temperature ranges between 5 and 45 ℃.
The mains connection to this drive is also meant to allow for input voltages between 200v and 480v AC; this is the same in either the single or multi-phase mains connection. The DKC21.3-200-7-FW has two switching frequencies, 4kHz or 8 kHz. These frequencies can also determine the peak current for a connected servo-drive, according to the automation requirements. More importantly, this servo-drive is optimized for preserving the integrity of its coupled equipment. Integrated with protective circuits for preventing over-current in the connected motor, and a very good discharge capacity for built-up capacitive or inductive energy, this drive ensures that all driven parts are operating at optimal conditions. There is also support for motor holding brake option, depending on the properties of the load servomotor. This product is available from Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty period.
