The DDS02.2-W200-BE30-01-FW is a high quality drive controller that belongs to the DDS series of reliable drive controllers. This model has been designed for various types of industrial machinery and assists in controlling the speed and position with high accuracy and precision. The system has been designed for controlling the speed and position in different industries including the woodworking industry, automotive industry, packaging industry, metal machining industry, and textile industry. This model is operated at a continuous current of 65 A and a peak current of 200 A. Utilizing a combination of a highly precise resolver and a closed loop feedback system, the drive controller can control the rotor positioning with very high accuracy. A real time control over the motor’s rotor is possible when the resolver works in tandem with the closed loop feedback system.

The DDS02.2-W200-BE30-01-FW’s feedback loop has been designed for corrective feedback action with the help of corrective signals that are dispatched when the system detects a mismatch between the actual and desired values. The drive controller has a very short response time and is used with the LAR, MKD, and MDD motors. The drive controller has been designed as a standalone unit that supports single axis operation. There are various module base auxiliary plug-in cards that are made compatible with the system. The plug-in cards can be inserted in the slots provided in the drive controller and are designed for position and speed control. An incremental position encoder can also be used with this model for the utilization of an external measurement scale.
